Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the growth and success of Redslash. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business development principles, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills.
Skills
Sales and Negotiation: Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.
Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify potential business opportunities.
CRM Tools: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Tech-Savvy: Understanding of tech products and services, particularly in AI, Machine Learning, and software solutions.
Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
Functional Experience
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in a tech company, preferably within the AI/ML or software industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to generate leads.
Understanding of the sales funnel and experience in nurturing leads through the pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Redslash's services and solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with new clients.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to ensure Redslash’s growth.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and feedback to management to ensure transparency and alignment on goals.
